SCI-FI/FANTASY TV SHOW POWER RANKINGS
The Sci-Fi Power Rankings are not based on viewership ratings or critical ratings. They are determined by how much Matt Besser thinks you should watch the shows based on how much Besser enjoys the concepts and fictional premise of the show. Sometimes Besser examines how he would actually live and survive within the reality of the sci-fi show, but more importantly he imagines the character roles that he deserves to have on those shows. In addition to Besser’s sheer love for these shows, different power points will determine how shows shift, leave, and enter the rankings.
power points parameters
– recently or currently airing shows get more power. the show fades the longer it’s been off air
– shows in first or last seasons get more power
– any show that hires Matt Besser as an actor goes to #1
– all shows on list are currently still alive but may not be currently airing. more attention is given to shows while they are airing or recently released
- dystopian genre is included in these sci fi power rankings
- fantasy is not sci fi but for some reason I put shows like Witcher in here sometimes but not Rings of Power or House of the Dragon.
